Don’t worry if you missed an earlier deal for Apple iPad from 2021. Amazon is selling a 64GB home iPad for $ 299, or a $ 30 discount on the regular price. The 256GB variant recently dropped by a similar amount at $ 449. That corresponds to a previous discount in Walmart and Amazon, and is currently the lowest price we’ve seen for Apple’s latest 10.2-inch tablet. Just don’t worry about color choices or delivery times – only Space Gray models seem to be in stock, and you’ll have to wait about three weeks for delivery.
The basic design of the iPad hasn’t changed much in recent years, but upgrades under the hood have been particularly noticeable this year. The tablet now uses the A13 Bionic chip which is reportedly 20 percent faster than the previous iPad, making it better for gaming and creative tasks. This could also be a good choice for the era of remote work and virtual visits to friends, as the ultra-wide 12 MP front camera offers a central stage that keeps you in sight as you move.
Just don’t expect a level rearrangement new iPad mini or the 2020s iPad Air. You won’t find a full screen design, USB-C, support for the second generation Pencil or an improved rear camera. This is for anyone who wants a simple tablet that should last a long time – if that’s all you’re looking for, you’ll probably be happy.
