SINGAPORE (Reuters) – Prices of private homes in Singapore jumped 5 percent in the fourth quarter compared to the previous quarter, the most in more than a decade, preliminary official data showed on Monday.

Throughout 2021, prices rose by 10.6%, compared to an increase of 2.2% in 2020.
