How old are Nancy Pelosi, Mitch McConnell and Bernie Sanders?

The United States currently has the oldest ruling political class in the world history of the country. Joe Biden is 79, the oldest president ever, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is 81, and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is 79. Sensor Diane Feinstein and Chuck Grassley are both 88 years old.

Baby Boomers get a lot of shit these days, but the politicians on our list are not even Boomers. Each of these people is from the Silent Generation, born between 1928 and 1945.

Older people have many valuable things that can contribute to society. Age in itself is not a problem. But when your country is fully run by millionaires in their 80s, it creates a distorted sense of priority. And good things may seem impossible simply because they have never been tried in the eight decades to 2022.

Today, we are looking at some technologies older than many American politicians gerontocracy, to put this into context. If you’re older than the radar technology, which was invented in 1935, maybe you should take your millions and consider retreating instead of throwing yourself into snowballs to “deny” global warming.
