Find family and friends
If you want to locate a member of your family from your device, you must first follow the same steps above to enable “Location Sharing” on their device as well. Also, make sure the correct location for Find My App is included. Here’s how to check:
1. Open Settings and go to Privacy.
2. Now select Location Services and scroll down to the Find My app.
3. Touch it and enable Precise Location on the next page.
You can now check the live location of your family member using the Find My app on your iPhone. Here’s how:
1. Open Find My App on your iPhone.
2. Tap the Devices tab.
3. You will now see the devices of your family members here.
4. Touch the family member’s device and you can check the instructions or play the sound if the device gets lost somewhere.
