Caution: Major ‘Halo Infinite’ spoiler stories follow.
There is more Hello infiniteStory than it seems – at least unofficially. Windows Central notes fans have discovered an unfinished scene in the middle of the credit hidden in the game code. As you can see below, this is not just a moment to throw away. If nothing else, it’s a strong hint of what might follow in the appendix or sequel to the story.
The scene shows Esparza, the pilot you meet at the beginning Hello infinite, warning the Master Chief of the UNSC friendly label. Although the short segment is mysterious, some have speculated that the label belongs to a character who was not present in the baseline campaign, such as Commander Palmer or Spartan Locke. You may have a ‘new’ ally when the story starts.
It is not clear why 343 Industries left the scene in the official release or whether the clip reflects what you will see in future content. We requested more information. Regardless of the explanation, one can rarely see such potentially important material hiding in files that a player might discover.
